Key Deliverables
During the combined Finance Transformation/Vendor Selection process the BPM Partners team will do the following:
- Run comprehensive Focus Interviews
- Perform High-Level FP&A Analysis and Diagnostics including FP&A maturity model assessment and ‘To Be’ model, organization structure ‘To Be’ model, application architecture ‘To Be’ model
- Lead the Detailed Planning Process Analysis that includes developing process diagrams and a matrix looking at issues/opportunities and ease/impact
