OLAP Survey 4 Results Released

This survey looks at satisfaction with many
of the major BPM vendors. In addition, it
correlates the different ways companies
select and implement these solutions with
the degrees of success they achieve. Some
key findings:
- A formal multi-product evaluation produces
a much higher success rate
- Shelfware remains a problem with more
seats purchased than needed
- Performance is the biggest technical issue
