Results
This first graph shows that 52% of the 750+ respondents are more likely to pursue BPM now because of the difficult economic environment. Obviously they feel that a BPM system will help them weather the storm. Another 38% are continuing with the BPM plans they already had in place. Only 10% have decided to stop or slow down their project because of the economy.
This second graph illustrates what we have seen every year since we started the BPM Pulse: BPM projects are viewed as being highly successful. 68% of the respondents indicate that their project met or exceeded expectations. While 22% don't believe they can determine the project success just yet, only 10% say their project fell short (must be the 10% that didn't utilize BPM Partners services).
