Budgeting and Planning in 2009 – Finance Executive Survey
This survey delves into best practices deployed during the critical budgeting and planning processes that are supported by the Office of Finance. Participants will be asked about their hands-on experience in this finance-oriented end user survey, particularly in the roles business unit managers play in the process, the importance of various budgeting components, and the prioritized challenges that remain with the many companies who use spreadsheets as their primary planning tool. This is your chance to compare your performance against your peers and make your voice heard in the area of budgeting and planning. We know your time is valuable, so all participants will receive an executive summary report and offer to discuss your individual results compared to the benchmark. Participating in the survey should only take 10 minutes.
